Windows 7: Adjust Mouse Pointer Speed
From your Windows desktop click 'Start" and then click on the link to open your machine's Control Panel. Once in your Control Panel follow the link for the menu option titled 'Hardware and Sound'. From there you can now select 'Mouse'. You can now select 'Pointer Options' and use the motion slider control to adjust the speed as you wish.
